ALUMNI MEET

The Alumni Association of Freedom International School organized the first Alumni Meet on 21st December, 2024 at school.

It was a day that both teachers and ex-students alike looked forward to with great anticipation. The atmosphere was filled with excitement, emotions, and nostalgia as the alumni came together to relive their school days and connect with their old classmates and teachers.

The event began with the lighting of the lamp and the school prayer.  The school principal, Ms. Sneha Rai, accorded a warm welcome to all. This was followed by a speech by Ms. Jayanti Prabhakar, the Founder Principal. The Vice Principal, Ms. Clara David, conducted an ice-breaking activity that triggered a tsunami of interaction amongst all and got everyone re-acquainted with each other, some after many years.

This was followed by a nostalgic video of yesteryears in school that delighted our alumni, as they eagerly recognized younger versions of themselves and their classmates.

Thereafter our alumni enjoyed a lavish spread of food served in the school cafeteria.

Finally, when it was time to go, most of them went around the entire campus, noting all the changes that had taken place in their absence. They were seen clicking pictures in their old classrooms, play areas, basement, corridors, and even the washrooms! Some even begged the Principal for the stamps that they used to get on their birthdays!

It was heart-warming to see the exhilaration and joy on our alumni's faces as they shared their experiences and memories of their time at school.
