INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY

International Yoga Day was celebrated on 20th and 21st June with great enthusiasm and zeal. The event witnessed active participation from our students and staff, promoting physical fitness, mental well-being, and inner peace through yoga. On 20th June, the celebration commenced with a formal assembly, where students presented an informative introduction about the significance of Yoga Day. Students performed various yoga asanas under the guidance of their instructors.

Students of Freedom International School presented a mime show on the theme “Yoga for Digital Detoxification”. It emphasized the need to disconnect from digital overload. Aligned with the global vision on ‘One Earth, One Health’. The 2025 celebrations focused on promoting inner well-being as a step towards a healthier planet. Held at Freedom International School Sports ground on 20th June and ‘Sri Atal Bihari Vajapayee Stadium’ on 21st June, the event featured a range of engaging activities and yoga practices, following AYUSH’s protocol. The celebrations aimed to empower young minds, encouraging mindfulness and physical fitness.
